Site Terms of Use

These Terms govern use of the website operated by LV Veterinary Research Center Corp. ("LVRC") at lvrc.kr and its subdomains, and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of LVRC and site users.

  1. 1. Purpose

    These Terms set the conditions and procedures for use of all services on the LVRC site, including company information, study service descriptions, R&D partnership information, and inquiry submissions.

  2. 2. Effect and Changes

    These Terms take effect upon posting on the LVRC site. LVRC may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by law, and will announce changes on this page at least 7 days before they take effect.

  3. 3. Site Content Copyright

    All site content (text, images, logos, design, documents, video) is owned by LVRC or the rightful rights-holder. Users may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, broadcast, display, translate, adapt, or use site content for commercial or non-commercial purposes without LVRC's prior written consent.

    • Sponsor logos and trademarks are displayed with each sponsor's prior consent; the rights belong to the respective sponsors.
    • Use of the LVRC Certification Mark is governed by the separate Brand Guidelines and the issuance agreement.

  4. 4. Nature of Site Information; Disclaimer

    Test methods, biomarker panels, study procedures, and selected engagement information shown on this site are a standard configuration for general orientation. Actual study composition and final report contents are set per-sponsor in the Study Protocol and contract; where the site differs, the Study Protocol and contract govern.

    • This site does not provide pharmaceutical clinical-trial information; the clinical-application studies described are distinct from pharmaceutical trials regulated by the Korean MFDS.
    • LVRC's liability for direct or indirect damages arising from use of site information is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

  5. 5. Prohibited Conduct

    Users must not engage in any of the following while using the site.

    • Infringing the intellectual property rights of LVRC or third parties
    • Interfering with the normal operation of the site (hacking, automated bulk requests, distribution of malware, etc.)
    • Submitting false information via the inquiry form
    • Unauthorized scraping, reproduction, modification, or redistribution of site information

  6. 6. Privacy

    LVRC's handling of user personal information is governed by the separate Privacy Policy.

  7. 7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The court with jurisdiction over LVRC's principal place of business is the court of first instance for any disputes.
