Quantitative product validation studies
Across pet food and pet care, we deliver quantitative assessments of safety, efficacy, and palatability - governed by our in-house IACUC and conducted with KNU's clinical infrastructure.
PET FOOD
Safety assessment
A pre/post feeding-trial comparison of hematology (CBC) and serum chemistry biomarkers, quantified into a Safety Score that combines reference-range deviation and rate-of-change scoring.
Learn moreEfficacy evaluation
Quantitative validation of physiological function for functional pet foods, supplements, and treats. Designed and interpreted by veterinarians specialized in nutrition and internal medicine.
Learn morePalatability study

About our studies
LVRC conducts empirical clinical studies on pet food and pet care products, including feeding trials, palatability studies, safety assessments, and efficacy evaluations. These are veterinary product validation studies, not pharmaceutical clinical trials regulated by the Korean MFDS. All work is governed by an in-house IACUC and uses a methodology patent-licensed from the KNU College of Veterinary Medicine.
